An overview:
Having the confidence to question society and feel empowered to activate change is integral to the aims of the CCE. It is through the power of the creative act, that students come together with artists, academics and the community, to explore issues that are relevant to the students of the school. Bringing different groups of people together to collaborate through creative methods helps to break down stereotypes, build connections and take ownership of our colonial and patriarchal histories. It is through the power of the creative act that we can activate change and empower young people to reimagine their futures.
